What to Write
There’s an endless list of things you can share for your submission—a list of everything you ate while at camp, for instance. But the best submissions are written about the parts of camp that meant the most to you.
Take your time to really set the scene for us. Tell us about your most memorable moment or talk about all the great people you met. Maybe you want to write about the camp you went to and why you think it’s the best!
Not just for Kids
Parents and Grandparents are more than welcome to send in their own submissions too. Seeing your child head off to camp may have you reminiscing about your own camp stay from way back when. Tell us all about it!
Maybe your child isn't interested in sending us a submission. Feel free to submit for them. Give us your perspective on how your child's camp stay went!
Write or Record
Send us your camp story as a written submission or a video if you're so inclined. You can simply tell your camp story to a camera, upload your recorded video to YouTube, and leave a link to your video in place of your written submission!

If you're under 18 years of age you'll need the permission of a parent or guardian to enter the Contest. For the this drawing all entries must be received by August 31st, 2023 no later than 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time ("CST"). To enter you will need to submit your written story or video link about your summer camp experience using the entry form below.
Include your first and last name as well as the name of the camp you visited and how long you’ve been going to camp. Submissions must be 150 words to qualify, but go for more if want! If you're submitting a video, make sure the video is at least one minute and thirty seconds long.
No entry fee or purchase is necessary to enter the Contest.
PRIZE DETAILS:
This contest will have ten random winners. Our first place winner will receive our grand prize of a $500 gift card to use on our online store! Two more winners will receive the second-place prize of $200 gift cards to our site. Two other winners will get our third-place prize for $100 gift cards. And then five more winners will receive $50 gift cards. All other participants will get a $20 gift card!
A drawing will take place on September 1st and the winners will be selected from all eligible entries using randomizer software. Winners will have their stories published on our Everything Summer Camp Blog. Almost everyone can expect to see their camp story published.
