No Sweat Returns


We want you to shop with confidence, confidence that if you're not happy with your purchase, or if you simply need to exchange an item, you can do so easily. We try to make our policies flexible, you won't find any 30 day limits on returns here. We also try to make the process of returning something as easy as possible. We have 4 ways for you to start a Return:


1. You can submit your return using our simple Online Return Form.

2. Call our Gear Counselors at 1-800-535-2057.

3. Start a Live Chat with a Gear Counselor. You'll find Chat buttons at the top, and left side of the website.

Our Return Policy




Returns made within 60 days of purchase
If you return a product(s) within 60 days of making the purchase you will receive full credit for the cost of the product(s) you are returning. This credit can be a credit issued to your credit card or in-store credit. If you are within 60 days of the purchase date you may return a product for any reason.



Returns made between 61 and 120 days of purchase
If you are returning a product(s) between 61-120 days of making the purchase you will receive full credit for the cost of the product(s) you are returning. At this point, we will provide you with an in-store credit that you can redeem on any future purchases. All product returned in the 61-120 day window must be returned in new, sellable condition. If you need to return a product that is not in new condition please call us and we will do our best to work something out. These instances are handled on a case-by-case basis.



Returns after 120 days of purchase
After 120 days we do not allow returns. This does not mean that you are out of luck. We sell quite a few items that have lifetime or 1-3 year warranties. A Gear Counselor will work with you to help you take full advantage of those warranties.



Exchanges
You can exchange an item(s) within 60 days of making the purchase. You can start an exchange using any one of the four methods listed above. A Gear Counselor will help you through the exchange process. We can provide you with shipping labels to get your original item(s) back to us. We can get the replacement item(s) shipped out quickly.



Price Adjustments
We run sales from time-to-time but you shouldn't have to worry about making sure you're not missing out. Our Price Match Guarantee ensures you don't have to. If we run a sale for an item you previously purchased you have up to 14 days after purchase to notify us and receive a credit for the difference. Read more about our Price Match Guarantee.



Who Pays for Shipping???
Returns:
You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. We can help by providing you with return shipping labels.

Exchanges:
The new item(s) you need will be shipped to you at no cost if your new item(s) total over $99 -OR- the new item(s) are clothing (this only includes standard shipping options-expedited shipping is available at an additional cost).
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item(s) back to us. We can help by providing you with return shipping labels.



Where to Send Returns & Exchanges
If we provide you with return shipping labels the return address will be on the label. If you're handling the return on your own please ship your return to:
