Q: What is the most popular footlocker for Summer Camp?
A: By far, the most popular footlocker for summer campers is our Happy Camper. The Happy Camper is 32"L x 18"W x 13.5"H. Our Companion is only 11" high and purchased by campers with bunks that offer less space underneath.
Q: Will it fit under my summer camp bunk?
A: Our Happy Camper or Companion Footlockers fit under almost every camp bunk. That said, it's never a bad idea to call your camp to make sure.
Q: Can I use my footlocker for college?
A: Our footlockers are built to last through all your years of summer camp and beyond. While the Happy Camper is the most popular size for camp, the most popular size for college students is our UnderGrad. The UnderGrad is 32"L x 18"W x 16.5"H. If your camp doesn't have a height restriction and you are looking forward to those college years, you may want to consider one of our larger trunks. For even more storage space, we offer our Graduate.
Q: Can I sit or stand on a C&N Footlocker?

Yes, you can! In 2004, we set a record when 11 college students stood on one
footlocker at the same time. The core of our footlockers is constructed with 3/8" solid aspen plywood.
That core is surrounded with steel sheet metal that has a baked-on, lead-free, textured
enamel finish. Our footlockers are made to last a lifetime.
Q: Can I decorate my C&N Footlocker?
A:
You bet! You can apply stickers or paint your footlocker. We recommend using a hi-gloss, fast-drying enamel paint which can be found at most craft stores.
Q: Can I lock my C&N Footlocker?
A:
Yes, you can. All C&N Footlockers come with a sturdy, steel lock hasp that will work with most standard padlocks. You can add your own padlock or purchase a quality, name brand padlock from us.
Caution: Watch out for footlockers that include a lock. Most of these locks can be easily popped open with a screwdriver or butter knife and they also all use a universal key.
Q: What if my footlocker is defective?
A: Shame on us. We have a 30-Day Warranty against
manufacturing defects. Call us at 1-800-535-2057 and we will send a new footlocker
out right away at our expense or correct the situation to your satisfaction.
Q: What if my footlocker is ever damaged?
A: We have excellent packaging
and an excellent track record of getting footlockers delivered in perfect condition. Shipping damage is rare, however, if you receive a damaged footlocker give us a call at 1-800-535-2057 and we will ship a replacement right away at our expense. We don't wait until
the damaged one gets back to ship you a new one, the very next footlocker we
ship out of our factory will be yours.
On the other hand, if you have owned your footlocker for days, months, or even years and it gets damaged, call us! We will repair it for free, for life. Read our Lifetime

Q: How fast will my order ship?
A: All orders ship within 24 - 48 business hours. If your order can't ship within 48 hours, we will notify you. We encourage you to place your order early to insure sufficient time for delivery. If your order needs to ship right away, please call us at 1-800-535-2057

Q: How long will my order take to get to me?
A: Depending on your location, most orders arrive
in 3- 4 business days after they have shipped. To get an accurate estimate please use our UPS Shipping Calculator.

How will my order ship?
A: All orders ship via UPS Ground Shipping. Throughout the checkout process, you will have the option to upgrade to other faster UPS shipping services (3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air). Q: Do I have to be home to sign for delivery?
A: Generally there is no signature required, however,
it is up to the discretion of the UPS driver. If you're not available to sign,
it's a good idea to leave a note for UPS. We have a note that you can print out and leave for UPS, UPS Footlocker Delivery Note .
Q: Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
A: Yes, just follow the instructions in our Shopping Cart.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: You can track your order through the shipment
confirmation email you received by clicking on the link provided in that email.

Calling before you return the item(s) allows us to give you a Return Authorization Number which is the fastest way to receive a refund! When we receive the product(s) back, we will credit your account.
